I was looking for a parrot, and had visited one about 3 times. Each time, it was a different worker who didn't know i was going to be buying it. Within a minute or two of me arriving at the cage, someone would tell em all about the parrots. They had everything from growth charts for the birds to a binder about each one. All the animals in the store are great, only downside is a bit pricy.
